The difference with Palladian isn’t just one aspect or superstar recruiters, although they have them. It starts with their philosophy: they do not take a job until they have someone who can be dedicated to the assignment.  Also, Palladian does not present candidates unless they believe will work for your organization.  Their goal is to make the decision very hard because of the quality of the candidates they bring to your organization. Once Palladian takes a job, they do more due diligence than any other recruiter we have used.  We recently hired a HR Director through Palladian and our superstar recruiter, Marisa Hohaia, spent upwards of 6 hours interviewing our leadership team to learn the organization, expectations, and function of the team.  This was before she contacted a single potential candidate. Once in the search, the communication both directions was great and,in the end, this upfront due diligence helped Marisa narrow the field right away and present us with great candidates. For Palladian, their job is not done when a candidate is placed.  They follow up well with the organization and the candidate to make sure everything is going well and was represented correctly.  This stands out as more than a “Hey, how’s it going?” email. I do not hesitate to say Palladian is our recruiter of choice.
