Shannon started her career in high-end residential interior design and eventually transitioned into contract furniture sales. After 15 years in the design and furniture industries she discovered coaching and became a certified professional career coach. It was a natural fit as Shannon built her career around connecting and creating meaningful relationships, listening, building trust, and being compassionate. She also has a true passion for helping others find a career they love. When Palladian West presented a career opportunity, it was a no brainer. Shannon ambitiously joined the talented team in summer of 2022. She knows just how to ask the right questions and enjoys being able to be the match maker between a client’s needs and desires with a candidate’s talents and experience.
Persuaders are leaders and motivators within their organizations. Socially poised and extraverted, they love to make their mark, and won’t shy away from risk. Persuaders will rally the team around projects—confidently making decisions and delegating tasks before they move on to their next project.
Shannon lives just outside the Windy City of Chicago with her husband Goran, two kiddos Luka and Laila and their rescue dog Voltaire. She loves sushi, good coffee, traveling with her family, having dance parties, listening to podcasts, and collecting shoes.
