Lesley Hassenrik

Talent Sourcer

After graduating from Hope College with a degree in Business, Lesley started off her career in sales, but quickly realized she preferred to be behind the scenes, rather than out front. After moving into non-profit fundraising for a short time, she took time off to raise a family. Returning to the workforce in 2015, she joined Palladian West as an Assistant to the Owner and Founder of Palladian West. Soon after, she was “recruited” into the Talent Sourcer role. To her surprise, she loved learning about what people do in our world today and has been in that role ever since. She loves knowing she has helped our clients sculpt the perfect team architecture by sourcing great talent to build and strengthen teams.

Scholars are driven by the desire to achieve mastery of their subjects. Often reserved, they tend to work independently as they pursue that knowledge. Scholars value stability and consistency and are analytical and disciplined—with exceptional follow-up skills.

Lesley loves being the ultimate sports mom to her three very active and athletic teens. Having played college soccer herself, she loves watching her kids out on the field or court. When not traveling to cheer from the sidelines, she loves walking nine holes of golf on a summer day. She also enjoys singing in the praise band with her husband at church, watching her kids wake surf, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kudos from the Palladian West Team

“Lesley is a master of her craft who works to do her job with accuracy, intention, and care for those she supports. She has a knack for finding the exact-right talent that our clients are seeking.”
