Kait Mosbauer joined the Palladian West team in 2020 after first starting her career in office furniture recruiting in 2005, where she had the opportunity to partner with many clients and began to build long term relationships in the industry.  She went on to work directly for a manufacturer where she re-designed the candidate experience, grew the employer brand, and attracted and retained top talent.  Kait knows how to ask the right questions, and helps match a client’s true needs with a candidate’s proven experience. Building intentional and authentic relationships is a critical component of her ethos.  She loves the consultative process of guiding both clients and candidates through the recruiting process. 


The Promoter is hard not to like. Extraverted, harmonious, supportive, and encouraging—they’re a valued member of any team. Promoters are charismatic, flexible, persuasive, and highly diplomatic. They love being with, talking to, and getting to know others.


When not recruiting, Kait enjoys spending time with her two kids, Landen & Berkley, traveling, playing tennis, and cheering for Zeeland DUX sports.
