As a strategist, Elizabeth loves finding the best solution for clients and candidates that will yield the most productive partnership for years to come.
After graduating from Saint Leo University, Elizabeth got her start in the recruitment space at PwC as a Recruitment Operations Specialist. During her time with PwC, she was selected to serve on the US task force responsible for transitioning PwC worldwide to WorkDay from their legacy system. As an agency recruiter, Elizabeth took pride in running a full desk while consistently exceeding expected weekly spread by 35%+. During her time in Corporate TA, Elizabeth managed the Recruitment and TA strategy for the West Region of a National Veterinary Network taking her region’s vacant roles from 150+ to 75 in 4 months while maintaining the lowest turnover rates in the organization.
Elizabeth joined the strategic sourcing ranks at Palladian West in May, 2023. With a background of Talent Acquisition & Talent Strategy in both the agency and corporate settings, she is thrilled to be able to hone her love for solutions through sourcing as part of Palladian West.
