Intake & Discovery Phase
Our team conducts a Discovery Meeting with the Client to understand every success factor for the role and align the Palladian Qualification Process with our Client’s.
Talent Sourcing
Our Talent Sourcers comprehensively scour the identified markets in order to compile a list of 100+ high target candidates for the Recruiter to pursue.

Recruiting & Outreach
The Recruiter reaches out to all 100+ target candidates for interviews. We engage candidates in full-length interviews (1-1.5 hours) reviewing work history and 360-degree match for the role, team and organization.
Candidate Presentations
The Recruiter presents the best three candidates with the following information for each:
- Recruiter Summary
- Candidate Resume
- Completed Candidate Questionnaire
- Initial Reference

Interviewing & Offer Stage
We journey with the Candidate and Client throughout the entire process including comprehensive interview preparation and debriefing. The Recruiter presents the offer and receives verbal acceptance prior to the candidate seeing the written offer, reducing risk and miscommunication.
Post-Hire Follow-Up
Our recruiters maintain a schedule for checking on both the candidate and the Hiring Manager during the first year to ensure a successful on-boarding and integration.
