To that end we have summarized our process below.1. Discovery PhaseThe Recruiter and Researcher conduct a Discovery Meeting with the Client to understand every success factor for the role and align the Palladian Qualification Process with that of the Client’s.2. The ResearchThe Palladian Researcher conducts a Market Feasibility Study using numerous tools to filter through thousands of prospective candidates in order to compile a list of 120+ target candidates. This list is then reviewed with the Client before commencing with the Recruiting Phase.3. RecruitingThe Recruiter reaches out to all 120+ target candidates, incrementally narrowing the list as candidates progress through the Qualification Process.4. Candidate SubmissionsThe Recruiter presents the best three candidates with the following information for each:Recruiter SummaryCandidate ResumeCompleted Candidate QuestionnaireInitial Reference5. Client InterviewsAs candidates move through the interview process, the Recruiter will sit in on initial interviews, debrief after each interview and assess interest levels, alerting the client if any concerns are discovered.6. Guided Interview ProcessThe Recruiter accompanies the Candidate and Client throughout the interview process, helping both gather the information needed to make the right decision. The Recruiter presents the offer and receives verbal acceptance prior to candidate seeing the written offer.7. Post-Hire Follow-UpThe Recruiter maintains a schedule for checking on both the candidate and the Hiring Manager during the first year to ensure a successful integration.
