Marketing Director

On behalf of our client, Golden State Dermatology (GSD), we are seeking a Marketing Director to join their expanding team in this important role. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position will lead the organization’s marketing strategy and implementation. This role will coordinate marketing efforts with GSD’s marketing agencies and Office Managers and solicit feedback and gain alignment from the Senior Leadership Team, physician leaders, and the Board. GSD is a growing organization that believes marketing can play a critical role in value creation. GSD is an entrepreneurial environment, so the right person will be comfortable with a fast pace, be flexible/adaptable, and be willing to roll up his/her sleeves to complete deliverables.

Product Performance & Market Development Manager

On behalf of our client, Landscape Forms, we are conducting a search for a newly created role: a Product Performance & Market Development Manager. This role will be responsible for building and leading the Product Performance and Market Development Team. It will do so by supporting current forecasted business, recognizing gaps in Landscape Forms’ portfolio offering, recommending product additions to drive growth based on market need, reviving sales of slow-moving product families, and realizing cost saving opportunities to improve profitability.

VP of Business Development

On behalf of our client, dHive, we are conducting a search for a Vice President of Business Development in the South Florida market, primarily focused on Miami. This role will lead pipeline-building and new business activities, in addition to boosting organic revenue from dHive’s existing client base in the market. Ideal candidates will have proven, industry-relevant experience so as to quickly identify opportunities, create solutions, and develop effective selling strategies.

Sales Executive

On behalf of our client, Vari®, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Executive to add to their Outside Sales Team in Jacksonville, FL; Nashville, TN; Kansas City, MO; Charlotte, NC; San Antonio, TX; and Austin, TX. This position is a full-time, client-facing sales role, with a focus on selling, promoting, and championing the Vari breadth of products to end-users, commercial real estate brokers, and A&D influencers.

Director of Operations

On behalf of our client, Flos, we are conducting a search for a Director of Operations to oversee the iconic lighting company’s production, supply chain and IT functions in the U.S. An industry-leading brand in decorative and architectural lighting, Flos is recognized as a leading international manufacturer of top-end designer lighting and lighting systems in both the residential and commercial sectors. The Director of Operations will lead with passion and inspiration, playing a key role on the Flos U.S. management team. The role will report to the CEO of Flos U.S. and be stationed out of New York City.

General Manager

On behalf of our client, California Closets, we are conducting a search for a General Manager to oversee sales and operations in Seattle, WA. The GM will lead with a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, bringing the skills and abilities to thrive in a culture of continuous learning and collaboration where employees treat one another like family. Specifically, the GM will lead a corporate-owned Retail Business Unit (RBU) for California Closets’ world class products. Responsibilities include successful achievement of the Annual Financial Plan and attainment of business plan goals and objectives, as well as full compliance with CCC, FSB, and FSV policies and procedures.
