On behalf of our client, Vista Maria, we are conducting a search for an Sr. Clinical Unit Manager who will be responsible for key strategic initiatives (KSIs) and serve as a project manager. This person will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of effective program treatment for multiple programs. They will be held to the standard of fulfilling these duties in accordance with the Agency’s mission statement, policies and procedures, professional Code of Ethics, State of Michigan licensing, and Council on Accreditation standards.

A+D Sales Representative

On behalf of our client, Matter Contract, we are conducting a search for an A+D Sales Representative who will develop business primarily in the San Francisco and Oakland markets of the Bay Area. This A+D Representative is a new role to the Matter team. They will be a high-energy, connected sales rep from the commercial design community. They also have a unique opportunity to build a territory from the ground-up, with a solid set of brands backed by an established, well-respected rep group. Matter’s lines are an extension of its own brand and reputation, with a team of self-starters who love what they do and work well together.

Business Development Specialist

On behalf of our client, Circa Lighting, we are conducting a search for a Business Development Specialist who will call on Architects and Designers in the Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Richmond markets. This role is responsible for growing Circa’s business and achieving sales targets within their specific market. It will focus on identifying and partnering with new customers, as well as cultivating business with existing customers. The BDS is a key sales position with responsibility for driving significant growth for the organization.

This position is a full-time, client-facing sales role, with a focus on selling, promoting, and championing the Vari breadth of products to end-users, commercial real estate brokers, and A&D influencers.
