A qualified candidate will be highly analytical and have a creative side with the expectation to lead growth and constantly stay ahead of industry trends and customer acquisition/retention.

Senior Designer

On behalf of our client, Forward Space, we are searching for two exceptional Senior Designers to manage all aspects of the design process, including design development, specification, presentations, renderings, and site visits. These two design roles will focus on the Corporate and Education verticals in the Greater Chicago area.

Sales Development Representative

On behalf of our client, 3form, we are conducting a search for a Sales Development Representative. 3form is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of translucent architectural panels, products, and installation systems. Located in Salt Lake City, UT, 3form offers a complete line of environmentally focused, award-winning resin and glass-based materials and solutions for the architectural and interior design customer. The SDR, a brand new role at 3form, will provide inside sales support by managing inbound leads and taking the lead on selling standardized solutions.

New Business Development

On behalf of our client, Furniture Solutions, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and goal-oriented New Business Development consultant in the Indianapolis area to add to the sales team. We are seeking an independent, self-starter who is extremely motivated. A qualified candidate will use a solution-based selling approach and will have an entrepreneurial spirit. This position is a full-time, client-facing sales role, with a focus on selling, promoting, and championing the breadth of products to end-users, commercial real estate brokers, and A&D influencers.

Account Executives

On behalf of our client, Forward Space, we are conducting a search for Account Executives to join their growing team. One role will be focused on generating business in the Education (K12) segment, while the other role will be dedicated to the corporate/mid-market arena and will call on A+D, CRE channels and end users.

Talent Sourcer

We are currently seeking a driven Talent Sourcer to join our team. We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives on focused Internet searching for this part or full-time position with Palladian West (www.palladianwest.com). Excellent research skills must include an ability to identify and submit qualified candidates to Recruiters after participating in the Intake Session with clients and conducting the Search Strategy Meeting with the Recruiter and Account Manager.
